how to: confessions is a WIP project that aims to blend the realms of art and language through a directorial approach.
Much like my previous work, it draws inspiration from the themes of youth, nature, and beauty and my interest in visual language.
Rooted in introspection, the work delves into personal narratives and experiences. Combining the photograph with the written word, it navigates the nuances of identity and memory, inviting the viewer to engage with their own truths.
The work questions the slippage between public and private, a constant theme in my practice shown in the portraits and still-lives I share. Through its exploration of both self and society, how to: confessions encourages viewers to embrace vulnerability and represents my curiosity in the evocative nature of the human experience.
